Are you looking for a jump start back into your healthy routine? Maybe you are not ready to commit and just want to see what it’s like to speak with a Registered Dietitian? This session is the perfect starting point. You can use this appointment for educational purposes, inspiration, or empowerment. We will review dietary patterns, lifestyle habits, physical activity, self-care routines, meal planning, medical history, and more. Consistent counseling with a Registered Dietitian is encouraged and can help promote long-lasting changes. Note: This session cost can be applied to a package plan up to 1 week after initial appointment. Each session is 60-minutes and is conducted via virtual platform or phone. At this time, insurance is not accepted. *Please note, price includes 3% credit card fee. Other payment options available for a 3% cost deduction. Please ask.
